Auto Transport & Moving Services

Whether you’re relocating, buying a car out of state or sending a classic to a show, USA Car Hauling arranges safe, insured transport with licensed carriers across the country. For moves within Oklahoma, we also move your household goods.

Open Car Transport

Open transport is the most common and affordable way to ship a vehicle. Your car travels on a multi-level open carrier, usually carrying 7 to 10 vehicles, the same kind of truck that delivers new cars to dealerships.

Best for

  • Everyday cars, SUVs, minivans and pickups
  • Relocations and online car purchases
  • Customers who want the lowest price and the most pickup availability

What to expect

  • More carriers run open trailers, so pickup is usually faster.
  • Your vehicle is exposed to the weather, just as it is when you drive it.
  • Door-to-door pickup and delivery are included.

Enclosed Car Transport

Enclosed transport keeps your vehicle inside a covered trailer, protected from rain, hail, road debris and dust for the whole trip. It costs more than open transport, but for a high-value or low-clearance vehicle it’s worth it.

Best for

  • Classic and collector cars
  • Luxury, exotic and sports cars
  • Low-clearance and modified vehicles
  • New or freshly restored paint

What to expect

  • Full protection from weather and road debris.
  • Many enclosed carriers use hydraulic liftgates for low-clearance cars. Tell us if yours needs one.
  • There are fewer enclosed carriers on the road, so allow a little more time for pickup.

Flatbed & Heavy Equipment Transport

Some loads don’t fit on a standard car carrier. We arrange flatbed transport for oversized and heavy vehicles and equipment, using carriers with the right trailers, tie-downs and permits.

Best for

  • Construction and farm equipment, such as skid steers, tractors and small excavators
  • Lifted trucks, dually pickups and other oversized vehicles
  • Box trucks, work vans and other commercial vehicles

What to expect

  • Tell us the length, width, height and weight so we can match the right trailer.
  • Oversize loads may need state permits or escort vehicles. We’ll explain any of these in your quote before you book.
  • Loading usually requires a ramp, forklift or crane at pickup and delivery. Tell us what’s available at each location.

Door-to-Door Vehicle Shipping

Every shipment is door-to-door. The driver comes as close to your pickup and delivery addresses as they safely and legally can. If a large truck can’t reach your street, you’ll meet at a nearby open location, such as a shopping center parking lot. No terminals and no extra trips.

  • The driver inspects your vehicle with you at pickup and records its condition on the Bill of Lading.
  • You inspect it again at delivery, against the same document.
  • No terminal drop-off, no storage, no second trip across town.

How to Prepare Your Vehicle for Shipping

Eight things to do before the driver arrives. None of them take long, and together they make the inspection quick and the handover straightforward.

  1. Wash your vehicle so its condition is easy to see at inspection.

  2. Take dated photos of every side, the roof, the interior and the odometer.

  3. Remove valuables, toll tags and parking passes. Up to 100 lbs of personal items can stay in the trunk, below the window line.

  4. Leave about a quarter tank of fuel.

  5. Check the tires and battery, and tell the driver about any leaks.

  6. Fold in mirrors and remove or secure loose parts such as spoilers and bike racks.

  7. Have one set of keys ready for the driver.

  8. Be there, or have a trusted adult there, to sign the Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery.

Yes, in most cases. A non-running vehicle needs a carrier with a winch, so it usually costs a little more. Tell us on the quote form so your price is accurate.
