• Anything you tell us in forms, messages or calls

Information from other sources

When you submit a lead form through an advertising platform such as Facebook or Instagram (Meta), we receive the details you entered in that form.

Our website and hosting provider may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and cookies. See Section 7.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:

• Carriers and drivers: your name, phone number, addresses and vehicle or move details, so they can complete your shipment or move.
• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, text messaging, payment processing and customer management tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is merged, sold or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, USA Car Hauling may text you about your quote, booking, pickup and delivery. If you opt in separately, we may also send occasional offers. 5. How Long We Keep Information
