Shipping your vehicle with USA Car Hauling takes three simple steps.
Tell us where the vehicle is going, what it is and when it’s ready. We’ll send a clear quote that shows the price and exactly what it includes.
Confirm your booking and we’ll assign a licensed, insured carrier from our network. You’ll get the carrier’s details and a pickup window before the truck arrives.
The driver inspects your vehicle with you and records its condition on the Bill of Lading. We keep you updated on the road, and you inspect it again when it’s delivered.

The price depends on distance, the route, your vehicle’s size and weight, open or enclosed transport, the time of year and whether the vehicle runs. Routes between major cities usually cost less per mile than rural pickups. Request a free quote for an exact price. Your quote shows what’s included and any conditions, such as a deposit, before you book.
No. Your quote lists the transport price and what it covers. The price changes only for reasons we explain upfront, for example if the vehicle doesn’t run or is oversized or modified but was booked as standard, or if you change the pickup or delivery address. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
After pickup, trips under about 500 miles usually take 1–3 days, and coast-to-coast trips usually take 7–14 days. Weather, traffic and other stops on the route can affect timing. Pickup usually happens within 1–5 business days of your first available date. We’ll give you an estimate for your route when you book.
Yes. Every carrier we assign must carry active cargo insurance (typically $100,000 to $250,000 per load) and liability coverage. We verify it before dispatch, and you can ask for a copy of the carrier’s insurance certificate.
In most cases, no. Your vehicle normally stays on the same carrier from pickup to delivery. If a transfer ever becomes necessary, for example because of a mechanical breakdown, we’ll tell you first.
The driver picks up and delivers your vehicle as close to your address as they safely and legally can. If your street is narrow, has low trees or restricts large trucks, the driver will arrange to meet you at a nearby open spot, such as a store parking lot.
You can leave up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk or cargo area, below the window line. Carrier insurance doesn’t cover personal belongings, so keep valuables, documents and electronics with you.
